Jeannette Yazedijan will present during the International Bar Association annual conference in Miami on November 2, 2022. Her session, entitled “Coming and Going Part 2: Bye Bye America - Do I Need To Rethink My Estate Plans?” will cover the impact of emigration on an individual’s personal assets as well as the effect on various entities, from LLCs and grantor trusts, to corporations and settlements.
