Michael Karlin and Jane Peebles co-authored an in-depth article entitled, “International Estate Planning,” for the USC Gould School of Law 2009 Tax Institute. In their piece, Jane and Michael explore prevalent tax and estate planning considerations and related compliance issues facing alien residents and families investing, working, and living in the U.S., touching upon international issues that may impact U.S. and foreign interactions.
