Cindy Zhou is a seasoned trusts and estates attorney. She helps both domestic and international private clients formulate tax-efficient estate planning and wealth transfer strategies to support the preservation and growth of their hard-earned wealth over multiple generations.

Cindy attended universities in Shanghai and the U.S., and speaks fluent Mandarin. She has extensive legal expertise in the areas of wealth transfer, estate planning, and taxation. She has advised high-net-worth families on all aspects of wealth planning, including the preparation of wills, the creation of dynasty trusts and closely held business entities, business succession planning, charitable trust planning, and family governance and next generation stewardship. Cindy enjoys meeting with clients and their families and sharing the knowledge and expertise she has gained through her years of experience as an estate planning attorney and private client advisor.

Cindy previously worked at a large international private bank where she led wealth planning strategy, assisting with clients’ wealth transfer, charitable, and tax planning needs. Prior to her in-house role, Cindy spent over a decade in private practice as a trust and estate planning attorney in New York City.
