Jennifer Campbell focuses her practice on estate planning, and trust and estate administration. She assists clients in drafting estate plans, advising fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates, addressing fiduciary legal risks, advising fiduciaries about trust funding and distributions, preparing estate and gift tax returns, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, and drafting legal pleadings and orders. She emphasizes deep personal relationships, allowing her to understand and meet her clients’ specific objectives.
Jennifer's practice is enhanced by her extensive experience in both law firms and the legal departments of financial institutions. She joined Karlin & Peebles from Loeb & Loeb, and has also previously served as Assistant General Counsel at MUFG Union Bank and as Managing Counsel, Wealth Management at BNY Mellon/The Bank of New York Mellon, giving her a unique perspective on the matters she handles.
